How to sell your house

First you should contact a local real estate and ask them to do a comparative market analysis on your neighborhood for you. You would want to get a list of the active properties in that neighborhood as well as anything that's under contract and also most importantly what is sold.
So this is how you sell your house :
  • Price Your Home to Sell
  • Obtain a Flat Fee Listing on the MLS
  • Market Your Property
  • Hold an Open House
  • Know Your Property's Selling Points
  • Prepare to Show Your House
  • Show Your House
  • Perform Your Own Negotiations
